The Prestashop module “Auto Add To Cart” enables you to add a product or service to the shopping cart without any intervention from you or your customer.
You define the criteria that trigger the automatic addition of the product and the module automatically inserts that product or service into the shopping basket.
The advantage of automatically adding a product to the basket seems obvious: it tends to increase the average basket of the customer.
Automatically adding the product, however, is not the only good reason that should push you to use this marketing trick. Indeed, it often takes very little to differentiate oneself from the competition.
